3.6.1 DG_CONTROL / DAT_SETUPFILEXFER
Supported Messages: MSG_GET (state 4–6), MSG_GETDEFAULT (state 4–6), MSG_RESET
(state 4), and MSG_SET (state 4-6)
Default configuration of the TW_SETUPFILEXFER structure shall be:
FileName = “<temp path>\image0.bmp”
Format = TWFF_BMP
VRefNum = 0
