Is the Volt/Freq jumper
installed in JP1 on the
logic board?
Is the controller sensing
the normal source only?
Is there normal source
voltage available at the
power conversion unit?
No power is available.
Is Index 1 displaying a
voltage reading for the
normal source?
Are the pickup and dropout
set points correct in Index
6?
Reset set points.
Replace logic board.
Is emergency source
voltage available at the
power conversion unit?
No power source
is available.

emergency source?

Troubleshoot shunt-jumper
