Sound source conguration of this unit
This unit provides 11 voices in total: Four analog sound sources (BD, SD, LT, HT)
with the basic drum tones, six digital sound sources (CH, OH, RS, CP, SP1, SP2),
and multi-sound sources (VPM, NOISE, USER). You can put your own sample in
the digital sound source parts. You can select one of the three multi-sound sources.
What is the drum kit?
A "drum kit" is constituted of the parameter values of all 13 parts. The drumlogue
can store up to 128 drum kits (16 kits for each BANK A to H).
The information about which drum kit you are using is stored in the program of
this unit. Information about tuning, decay, and timbre of each part is stored on
the drum kit side. At the time of shipment from the factory, each program uses the
same bank and the same drum kit number, and the tone parameters are automati-
cally saved in the drum kit when the program is saved.
You can switch the same sound with dierent paerns to play (as if assembling a song) by
making a seing to use one drum kit with multiple programs. Conversely, you can play
the same paern with dierent sounds by changing the drum kit used by the program.
