LFOs
Filter/Amp/Pitch/Pan LFO
e four LFOs—Filter, Amp, Pitch, and Pan—all work identically.
Tempo
[O, On]
On: e LFO synchronizes to the system tempo, with its speed controlled by Base Note and Multiply.
O: e LFO speed is controlled by the Frequency parameter, in Hz.
Base Note
[List of rhythmic values]
If Temp o is On, this sets the basic speed of the LFO. e values range from a 32nd note to a double breve (four whole
notes), including dotted notes and triplets.
x (Multiply Base Note by…)
[1…32]
If Temp o is On, this multiplies the length of the Base Note. For instance, if the Base Note is set to a sixteenth note, and
Times is set to 3, the LFO will cycle over a dotted eighth note.
Frequency
[0.001…32.000 Hz]
If Temp o is O, the LFO speed is set in Hz.
Waveform
[Triangle…Random6 (Continuous)]
Most of the waveforms are self-explanatory, but a few will benet from more details:
GTR (Guitar) is intended for guitar vibrato. It is positive-only, so that when used for pitch, it only bends upwards.
RND 1 (Random 1) generates traditional sample and hold waveforms: random level changes with steady timing.
RND 2 (Random 2) randomizes both levels and timing.
RND 3 (Random 3) generates a pulse wave with random timing.
RND 4-6 are smoothed versions of Random 1–3, with slopes instead of steps. Use them to create gentler random
variations.

Phase (Start Phase)
[-180…+180]
is controls the phase of the waveform at the start of the note. You can edit Start Phase in the LFO graphic by
dragging the waveform le or right. If Random Start Phase is On, this parameter has no eect.
Random (Random Start Phase)
[O, On]
When Random Start Phase is On, the LFO will start at a dierent, random phase every time.
