12.2 Replacing seals and ball bearings
9. Use an extractor to take out the distance ring16 and pull the angular-contact ball bearings15
and25 out of the bearing cover 3.
10. Remove the circlip20 and support ring19 from the measuring screw large17 and pull off the ball
bearing18 using an extractor.
11. Remove the circlip21 and support ring22 from the measuring screw small24 and pull off the ball
bearing23 using an extractor.
12. Remove the O-ring14 from the pick up hole in the bearing cover3.
