What to do if my KRAL OMG show no flow rate?
- JJoshua HuynhAug 5, 2025
If your KRAL Measuring Instruments indicate no flow rate, several factors could be at play. It could be due to foreign particles obstructing the liquid or the flowmeter itself—try dismantling and cleaning the flowmeter, or using a commissioning filter. Insufficient inlet pressure could also be the culprit, so try increasing it. Alternatively, the flow rate might be too low; in this case, increase the flow rate, consider using a flowmeter with a suitable size, or implement linearization, while observing the operating instructions of the electronic equipment. Conversely, if the flow rate is too high, reduce the flow or use a flowmeter with a suitable size. Finally, airlocks can cause this issue, so deaerate the system and inspect for leaks.
