WARNING! – Unexpected movements of the machine!
Effect: Injuries or damage to the machine
• Eliminate blockages only when the machine is stopped. Switch off the engine and remove
the ignition key.
• Start up the machine only when all safety devices are mounted and in proper working
order.

• Move the cover (1) to the side.
• Remove the actuating lever (2) from the twine box and attach to the drive shaft for the pick-
up (3) on the right-hand side of the machine.
• Manually turn back the feed rotor with the actuating lever.
• Reset the machine and manually remove any remaining crops from the feed rotor or the
pick-up.
WARNING! - Actuating lever on drive shaft when restarting machine!
Risk of death or serious injuries, significant property damage.
• Detach actuating lever and place in twine box before restarting the machine.
• Remove the actuating lever (2) and place in the twine box.
• Close the cover (1).
