Bale is formed conically.
The bale chamber is filled on
one side.
• Make sure when baling
that the bale chamber is
filled evenly. Slow down
especially at the end of
the bale.
Speed is too high at the end
of baling process.
• Slow down at the end of
the baling process.
Twine or wrapping material
torn.
• Only use twine or
wrapping material of
appropriate quality.
The number of wrappings is
not sufficient. Tying/wrapping
material loosens.
• Set twine tying unit to
closer tying distance or
increase number of
wrapping of wrapping
material.
Net tears off directly after
starting process or during the
wrapping process.
The blade cassette has
dropped immediately after
the starting process.
Setting of roller brake is too
strong.
• Check setting of brake
system.
• Check setting of blade
cassette.
Net is not transported during
the starting process.
The dimensions of the net
are incorrect.
• Only use net rolls with
prescribed dimensions.
The net rolls are not inserted
correctly in the reception
device and / or the roll brake
is not correctly set.
• Insert net roll, refer to
chapter “Inserting Net
Roll”.
• Set roll brake.
The net is not correctly
inserted in the wrapping
device.
• Pull net out of the
wrapping device and
insert it again, refer to
chapter “Inserting Net
Roll”.
The net brake is not correctly
set.
Channel is blocked with
straw.
