7.2.2.3.2 Flow rate measurement
Flow rate measurement via an inductive flow meter (0 - 30 m
3
/h / 4 - 20 mA). The
inductive flow meter must be connected to analog input 1. The sensor measuring
range of the inductive flow meter is 30 m
3
/h and must be set in parameter
(3-4-1-2)
Q
100 %. The maximum flow rate as per the pump characteristic curve is 24.5 m
3
/h.

7.2.3 Individual monitoring functions
The parameters listed in the following tables enable limit value monitoring for the
following variables:
▪ Motor current and output frequency
▪ Signal, analog inputs 1 and 2
▪ Setpoint and actual value
▪ Effective power (off-design operating conditions of pump).
Monitoring is defined via upper and lower limit values, as well as via a time delay
before responding to limit value violations.
In multiple pump configurations, the digital inputs, relay outputs and analog outputs
must be parameterised individually for each PumpDrive. Activation of the warnings
for the analog inputs has to be enabled separately for the main pump and any
redundant auxiliary main pump. Limits and time delays for the analog inputs have an
identical value for all the PumpDrives in the system and, therefore, have to be
exclusively set via the active master control panel.
Response to limit value violation
The response to limit value violations can be defined for each individual variable. The
following options are available:
