Purge away the dust inside and outside the drilling hole, and insert the expansion tube int
o
the hole vertically. Strike expansion tube directly with the hammer to make it fully into th
e
wall, then align the rack to the hole and tighten it with the self-tapping screw.

Gently hang the inverter onto the rack top-down, lock the setscrews flanking the inverter,
and make sure they are mounted correctly.
