Tie Down
Tie Down
Points
Tiedown points are identified by tiedown decals. Securing to trailer at other
points is unsafe and can damage machinery. Attachment tiedown points
shown are for tractor and attachment assembly.
Procedure
Tractor
Attach chains at front and rear tiedown points.
Ensure chains are tight before transporting
unit.
Centerline Trencher
Lower trencher to trailer deck and chain at
attachment frame. Ensure chains are tight
before transporting.
Read operator’s manual. Follow safety rules and know
how to use all controls. Your safety is at stake.

IMPORTANT: If trencher is equipped with
a trench cleaner, ensure that trench
cleaner shoe is fully up and extra bolt
(found in operator’s manual compartment)
is installed in appropriate hole for
additional support.
