PressingtheSTOREsoftbuttoncallsuptheStorepage,whereyoucanselectobjectsfromRAM
tostoreinthecurrentstoragedevice.Thepageappearsasshownbelow:
Atthetoprightofthepage,thedisplayshowshowmuchmemoryisavailableinthecurrent
storagedevice.Along
thebottomofthepagearetheStorepage’ssixsoftbuttons.Belowisa
descriptionofthefunctionofeachsoftbuttons:
Select SelectthehighlightedObject/TypeorRange/Bank.Anasterix(*)appearstotheleft
ofselectedentries.
Clear Clearallselectionsinthecurrentfield.Notethatif
youpresstheClearsoftbutton
whileintheRange/Bankfield,onlyselectedRange/Bankentriesarecleared;
however,ifpresstheClearsoftbuttonwhileintheObjectTypefield,allselected
entriesinbothfieldsarecleared.

rangeofnumbersnexttoit.YoucansetthisrangeintheSetRangedialogueby
pressingtheSetRngbutton.Ifyoutrytosetaninvalidrange—suchas102–23—
thenthePC3Kwillinformyouthattherangeisinvalid.

Inthemainbodyofthepagearetwofields:ObjectTypeandRange/Bank.Toselect
objectsfor
storage,firstly,selectanObjectType.Ifthereareanyuser‐definedobjectsoftheselectedtype,
thesymbol(u)willappeartotherightoftheRange/Bankentryinwhichtheyfall.Thesearethe
rangeswhoseobjectsyoucanstore.
Youcanstoreanentirebankof
objects,orbypressingtheAdvncesoftbutton,selectindividual
objectstobesaved(seeTheStoreAdvancedPage).Ifyouchoosetostoreusingthebankmethod,
allRAMobjectswithinthatbankwillbesaved.(YoucannotstoreROMobjects.Ifyouwishto
storeaROMobject,
suchasaprogram,youmustfirstsaveitinternallyasaRAMprogram.)If
anyobjectswithintheselectedbankhavedependentRAMobjectsthatexistinadifferentbank,
youwillbeaskedifyouwanttosavedependentobjects.
