Display the screen.
1 [Menu] key > [ ][ ] key > [User/Job Account] > [OK] key
NOTE
If the user authentication screen appears, log in with a user who has the privilege to configure this
setting. If you do not know your login user name or password, please contact your administrator.
2 [ ][ ] key > [Job Account.Set.] > [OK] key > [ ][ ] key [Job Accounting] > [OK] key

Configure the settings.
Select [Off] to disable job accounting.
NOTE
When the display returns to System Menu default screen, logout is automatically executed and the screen
to enter the Account ID appears. To continue the operation, enter the Account ID.
