Put back the rear upper cover [A] to the original position (Screw x3). Screw was
removed in step 144.

Check height and level of DF-4100 and AK-9120.
1 Check the height.
Insert pins [B] of the connecting plate [A] to holes [C] on DF-9100 Connect DF-9100 to AK-9120. Check the
position of pin [B] diameter [D] and hole [C] height [E].
• OK: Outline [D] of pin [B] is in between hole [C] height [E].
• NG: Outline [D] of pin [A] is out of hole [C] height [E].
• If the punch unit (PH-7A/7C/7D) has been installed in advance, the screw was removed in step 1 of the
punch unit installation procedure.
