MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
BECAUSE OF IT’S FREQUENT
USE, THE PACKER AND IT'S
ACCESSORIES MUST BE
LUBRICATED EVERY WORKING
DAY.
1.2.7 LUBRICATION OF PACKING SYSTEM
Refer to the chapter 5 on lubrication for:
Cylinder pins (Figure #1.10)
Door hinges.
1.2.6 PACKER CYLINDERS REPLACEMENT
PACKER CYLINDER
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
Extend the packer blade completely.
Remove cylinder rear pins (Figure
#1.8).
Retract the cylinders.
Remove hoses from cylinders and
front pins.
Reverse procedure for installation.

GREASE FITTINGS
SUPPORT THE CYLINDER TO BE
REMOVED WITH PROPER
LIFTING DEVICE.
Grease
fittings
USE THE APPROPRIATE
LOCKOUT/TAGOUT PROCEDURE
AT ALL TIMES (SECTION 1.1.4).
