Initially you may see many red X in the gas screen because the current value varies widely from the
expected target. At this point, connect the 50%CH4 / 35%CO2 bottle to the white port on the top of
the analyzer and
begin the flow of
gas. Once gas
flows, the values
will probably
change.
Now the gases for CH4, CO2, & O2 are much closer and are within a range that is able to be
calibrated.
Press Check to begin the process of checking the gas. The countdown will begin.
Once the timer countdown is complete a summary of the calibration check is displayed.
