4. Restrict operation of the following systems to one at a time.
a. Pitch, roll and yaw trims.
b. Fuel transfer and standby pumps.
c. Flaps.
d. Landing gear.
If ESS BUS Circuit Breaker Does Not Hold:
5. Wait at least one minute before attempting reset.
If ESS BUS Circuit Breaker Holds After Being Reset:
6. Add loads only as necessary for safe operation.
Do not reset ESS BUS TIE Circuit Breaker.
If ESS BUS Circuit Breaker Opens Again:
7. Reduce electrical load on essential bus to a minimum.
8. ESS BUS Circuit Breaker Reset.
If ESS BUS Circuit Breaker Will Not Stay Closed and It Is Desired
To Operate A Load Connected To That Bus Only:
9. Reduce loads on both affected ESS BUS Circuit Breakers to a mini-
mum.
10. ESS BUS TIE Circuit Breaker (copilot’s panel) — Reset.
11. If the ESS BUS TIE Circuit Breaker opens, leave open.
Cross-check airspeed/Mach, altitude, and angle-of-at-
tack displays against opposite system on a frequent ba-
sis. Use references from systems on opposite essential
bus if differences exist and icing conditions are present.
