thru 36-047, illumination of the amber L or R CUR
UMITER light indicates that the associated 275-amp
current
limiter(s) has failed. Replace 275-amp cur-
rent limiter{s) prior to takeoff.
• On aircraft 35-370, 35-390 & subsequent and air-
craft 36-048 & subsequent, illumination of the red
CUR UM light indicates that one or both 275-amp
current limiters
has failed. Replace 275-amp current
Iimiter(s) prior to takeoff .
• 23. On aircraft 35-067 thru 35-389 except 35-370; 36-018 thru
36-047, except aircraft incorporating AMK 80-17 or AAK 81-1,
Starter Disengagement - After both engines are operating, check
asfoUows:
a.
COOL FAN Switch - OFF.
b. AUX HT Switch - OFF.
c. Battery Switches - OFF.
d. AMPS - Check total current indication of less than 100 amps.
• If total current is greater than 100 amps, shut down engines.

CAUTION I~ A total ammeter indication greater than 100 amps indi-
• ., cates that a starter has not disengaged and subsequent
starter and/or engine
damage may occur.
• If total current indication is less than 100 amps, set both bat-
tery switches On.
