30 Installation
The floor load bearing capacity must be sufficient for the weights specified in the
technical data. Please make sure that no vibrations of the building structure affect the
NOVOLAS Basic AT.
The temperature and humidity of the location must comply with the specified values in
the technical data.
5.4 Conditions for setting-up
All information necessary for the setting-up and connecting the NOVOLAS Basic AT is
given in the technical data. Furthermore, you will find
• Electrical connection values
• Dimensions and weight for the NOVOLAS Basic AT
• Specifications for environmental conditions
Setting-up, connection and operation of the NOVOLAS Basic AT must be in
agreement with your relevant safety regulations. The owner is solely responsible for
compliance with safety regulations.
Minimum distance to walls or other machines: 5 cm to the underside of the housing,
20 cm to top of the housing, 50 cm on the front and the rear of the system. Service is
easier if access by the side panels is possible.
5.5 Installation instructions
Be sure only to use the NOVOLAS Basic AT for the prescribed purposes.
The following instructions should help you proceed with installation and wiring in a
correct order. The individual parts of the system can be seen in the following pictures.
For an easy installation, access from front, back, top and the right side is required.
