3.4 Move the Lotus from the Working position to the Transport
Position
Make sure the front axle weight of the tractor is sufficient (use front
weights if necessary) and that you do not exceed the rear axle weight
when the Lotus is in the transport position.
Make
sure the PTO shaft does not turn when the Lotus is in the transport
position.
Use all lights and warning signals as defined by your local road traffic
regulations.
Make sure there are no persons in the area when you move the Lotus to
the transport position.
1. Move the tines of the two center rotors to position B (page 4-1).
2. Operate the tractor hydraulic system to move the two outer rotor
segments of the Lotus upwards until the locking hooks have engaged
(A) (fig. 8, page 3-7).
3. Operate the tractor hydraulic system to move the rotor segments
forwards (B) (fig. 8, page 3-7).
4. On both sides of the Lotus, move the safety guard to the top position
(fig. 10, page 3-8).
5. Move the wheel assembly of the two center rotors to the most inner
position (page 4-4).
