4.3 Adjust the Height of the Rotor Wheels
Make sure the height adjustment of the tines is not too low. This results in an
excessive load and causes the tines to wear or break.
1.
Move the Lotus to the headland position (page 3-10).
2. Switch off the tractor engine.
3. Make sure the rotors can not move downwards.
4. Remove the locking pin from the wheel assembly.
5. Adjust the wheel assembly to the applicable hole.
The top hole gives a higher working height. The bottom hole gives a lower
working height. A lower position of the wheel assembly is recommended
when working in light and short crops or windy conditions.
6. Install the locking pin in the wheel assembly.
7. If necessary:
• Adjust the rotor angle (page 4-2).
