5.3 Corrective Maintenance
5.3.1 Adjust the Deflection of the Rotors
1. Park the Lotus on a level floor.
2.
Move the Lotus to the working position (page 3-4).
3. Make sure the Lotus is level.
4. To adjust the deflection of the two outer rotors:
1. Place an elevation of at least 30 mm underneath the four rotor
wheels.
2. Turn the adjustment nut to adjust the deflection of the rotors (fig.
21, page 5-7).
3. Make sure the stop bolts slightly touch the stops.
5. To adjust the deflection of the two second outer rotors:
1. Place an elevation of at least 30 mm underneath the two central
rotor wheels.
2. Turn the adjustment nut to adjust the deflection of the rotors.
3. Make sure the stop bolts slightly touch the stops.
