5.2.5 Replace the Gearbox Grease
• Requirements:
•
Shell Alvania WR 0 or equivalent
• Loctite 574
1. Remove the cover (2) from the front of the gearbox.
2. Remove the old grease from the gearbox.
3. Fill the gearbox with 0.35 kg of Shell Alvania WR 0 or equivalent.
4. Put Loctite 574 on the cover bolt holes and the edge of the gearbox.
5. Install the cover on the gearbox.
6. Dispose of the old grease as specified by local regulations.
