  If a particular cow isn't being fed, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the responder number is correctly entered in T4C without any leading zeros. Second, verify the cow has sufficient feed credit. Third, check that the cow number isn't greater than 32000 and adjust it if necessary. Finally, if the 'Credit' is less than the minimum period amount ('MinCredit'), restart the T4C PC.

  If the M-box isn't opening or closing, there are several potential causes. First, check the sensor to ensure it triggers the input on the ADS3830 PCB (the LED should come on). Second, make sure you have the correct software version and update if necessary. Third, verify that the cylinder flow reducer(s) are not closed too far and open them further if needed. Finally, ensure the sensor(s) are flush with the nut(s).

  If the M-box closes too quickly and opens too slowly, it's possible the pressure reducers have been swapped. Ensure the flow reducer is properly adjusted. As an alternative solution, swap pressure reducers (6,7).
