2. Go to the page ‘Data Entry’ > ‘Daily entry’.
3. Select or search the cow card.
4. Select tab 'Animal Feeding'.
5. Make sure the credit for today is more than 0.
8.2.2 Make sure the Cow number is less than 32000
1. Read the responder number from the cow responder.
2. Make sure the number is less than 32000.
8.2.3 Clean the Dosing Unit
Danger of being entangled by rotating parts. Keep hands, loose
clothing, and long hair away from moving parts during operation
of the concentrate feeder.
1. Find the defective dosing unit.
2. Open the control box (1) (see figure 4 on page 4-1).
3. Remove the compressed air supply tube from the air valves block.
4. Remove the feed hopper cover.
5. Remove the feed funnel cover.
6. Remove any dirt from the dosing unit and the feed funnel.
7. Install the feed funnel cover.
8. Install the feed hopper cover.
9. Install the compressed air supply tube on the air valves block.
