7.4.7 Adjust the Portion Size
Block the cow traffic to the concentrate feeder before you do
this procedure.
Use the E-Link manual controller for this procedure.
1. Make sure the feed bin is empty.
2. Use the E-Link to drop five portions for feed type 1 (see page 7-6).
3. Remove the feed from the feed bin.
4. Use a balance to weigh the feed.
5. Calculate the portion size by dividing the total weight by five.
6. Set the portion size for feed type 1 (see page 7-4).
7. Repeat the procedure for other feed types.
7.4.8 Clear all Tables
Block the cow traffic to the concentrate feeder before you do
this procedure.
Use the E-Link manual controller for this procedure.
1. In the main menu of the E-Link, select ‘Setup’ and push button[
].
2. Select 'Clear All Tables' and push button [
]. The E-Link displays the
message "Remove Local Data!!!".
3. Push soft button [OK] to confirm. After a few seconds you return to
the menu 'Setup'.
