3.5 Move the Lotus from the working position to the transport
position
Make sure the front axle weight of the tractor is sufficient (use front
weights if necessary) and that you do not exceed the permitted axle
load when the Lotus is in the transport position.
Make sure the PTO shaft is not engaged when the Lotus is in the
transport position.
Use all lights and warning signals as defined by your local road traffic
regulations.
Make sure there are no persons in the area when you move the Lotus
to the transport position.
1.
Remove pin from headstock and put in front hole of the stabilo
steering device:
Secure the locking pin.
2. Make sure to fold up the rear warning signs.
3. If provided, fold up the windrowing deflectors.
4. Operate the tractor hydraulic system to move the two outer rotor
segments of the Lotus upwards (A) (Figure 19, page 310) until the
locking hook is engaged (B) (Figure 19, page 310).
5. Move the wheel assembly of the intermediate rotors to the most inner
position.
6. Make sure to fold down the rear warning signs.
7. Lift the machine of the ground.
