4. OPERATION ADJUSTMENTS
Make sure that the PTO shaft is disengaged and the tractor engine is
switched off before adjustments are made.
4.1 Adjust the Position of the Tines
Procedure
1. Push the lock (1) down to disengage the tine and move the tine (2) to
the required position. The lock engages automatically.
•
Use position (A) (Figure 23, page 4‑1) for normal tedding.
• Use position (B) (Figure 23, page 4‑1):
• For windrowing.
• For the outer rotor type to ted the side of the field, to give a small
spread of the crop and to make sure that the crop stays on the field.
