Carefully clean the concave disc

and bearing ange

ATTENTION: After dismantling the concave disc, a section of the
bearing is openly accessible. Dirt must not get into this section.

Undo the self-locking nuts

4. Remove the self-locking nuts fully.
5. Remove the concave disc from the bearing ange.
6. Clean ange area of the bearing ange.
7. Attach new concave disc.
8. Use new self-locking nuts for the at head screws.
9. Tighten the nuts to 80...100 Nm.
9.4.2 Replace the scrapers of the exring roller
Target: Avoid consequential damage to the implement caused by
fallen-o scrapers.

Dismantle worn scrapers

Mount new scrapers.
n Scrapers are mounted on the bar on the side facing the direc‐
tion of travel.
3.
Tighten the screw
2
to 93 Nm.
