A Select "Interpolated
Position Mode".
The "Interpolated Position Mode" is automatically selected
by the higher−level control (PLC): C5000 = 7
The operating mode can also be set manually in the GDC
parameter menu under Motion Operating mode.

"Interpolated Position
Mode".
In order that the drive performs a travel according to the
setpoint selection, the ECSxM axis module must write the
value from C5000 into C5001 (here C5001 = 7).
If this is not the case, set the operating mode manually in the
GDC parameter menu under Motion Operating mode.
8. Start travel according to the
setpoint selection.
The master control (PLC) set the control word bit
Ctrl1.Bit12 = 1 (TRUE).
Note:
In order to interrupt homing, reset the Ctrl1.Bit12 to "0"
using the master control.

The settings for homing are now completed.
Proceed as follows:
ƒ Save parameter set with GDC in the parameter set file.
ƒ Optimise drive behaviour ( 183).
