– Set C1511/1 (POW1) = 1 ð FIF control word 1 (FIF−CTRL1)
– Set C1510/1 (PIW1) = 1 ð FIF status word 1 (FIF−STAT1)
ƒ Device control via DRIVECOM
– Set C1511/1 (POW1) = 17 ð DRIVECOM control word (DRIVECOM−CTRL)
– Set C1510/1 (PIW1) = 18 ð DRIVECOM status word (DRIVECOM−STAT)
