Why does the flow indication not match the real flow in Levitronix LEVIFLOW LFC-1C?
    • T
      Thomas WongAug 8, 2025
If the flow indication on your Levitronix Measuring Instruments doesn't match the actual flow, first, verify that the parameters in the converter are set correctly. Then, inspect the flow path for any accumulation of solids and check the measurement path for excessive bubbles.

What to do if Levitronix Measuring Instruments indicate above full scale flow or the flow signal is unstable?
    • T
      Thomas SmithAug 13, 2025
If your Levitronix Measuring Instruments indicate a flow above full scale or the flow signal is unstable, begin by checking the converter parameters to ensure they are set correctly. Next, inspect the flow path for any solids that may be stagnating and examine the measurement path for excessive bubbles.

What to do if Levitronix LEVIFLOW LFC-1C display a “b-Er” indication?
    • E
      Emily MorganAug 18, 2025
If you see a “b-Er” indication on the display of your Levitronix Measuring Instruments converter, it means the sensor is sending an incorrect signal. Here’s what to check: - Ensure the measuring tube is full of liquid. - Check for obstructions like bubbles or solid substances in the measurement path. - Look for nearby sources of excessive noise, such as motors or high-voltage cables. - Verify that the cables are correctly connected and undamaged.

Why do Levitronix LEVIFLOW LFC-1C Measuring Instruments indicate zero flow when there is flow?
    • T
      Timothy ReeseAug 23, 2025
If your Levitronix Measuring Instruments indicate zero flow even when there's flow in the hydraulic circuit, it could be due to incorrect parameter settings, mechanical setup of the sensor, or a zero adjustment performed while there was flow. To resolve this: - Check that the parameters are set to the optimal values. - Ensure the flow direction is correct. - Redo the zeroing process at 0 lpm.

How to fix “0-Er” indication on Levitronix Measuring Instruments converter display?
    • A
      Ariana SanchezAug 27, 2025
If the converter display on your Levitronix Measuring Instruments shows a “0-Er” indication, it means the zero adjustment isn't working correctly. Make sure the circuit is filled with liquid and that the flow is actually zero before attempting the zero adjustment again.

What to do if Levitronix Measuring Instruments indicate zero flow at flow level below cut-off value?
    • C
      carrollchristopherSep 2, 2025
If Levitronix Measuring Instruments indicate zero flow at a flow level below the cut-off value, the standard cut-off value might not be suitable for your application. Use the LEVIFLOW® Configuration Software to adapt a lower cut-off value.
