Horizontal white banding creates missing portion of image.
Problem area Action
1 Transfer roller • Transfer roller bias pole is not
making proper contact with high
voltage spring contact. Remove
and reinstall transfer roller. Ensure
spring contact on left side (looking
from front of printer) is not
damaged.
