Front Inner Cover
Removal
1. Unplug the AC Power Cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Remove the Front Cover.
3. Remove the screw securing the Front Inner Cover to the printer frame and pull the
Cover away from the printer.
4. Disconnect the two wires attached to the Interlock Switch and remove the Cover.
5. Squeeze the latches securing the Interlock Switch to the Cover and slide the Switch
out of the Cover.
Replacement
1.
Unplug the AC Power Cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Position the Interlock Switch as shown and slide the Switch into the cutout in the
Front Inner Cover.
3. Push the Switch into the cutout until it snaps into place.
4. Reconnect the two wires to the Interlock Switch.
5. Reinstall the Front Inner Cover against the printer frame and use one screw to
secure the Cover to the frame.
6. Reinstall the Front Cover.
