 Adjust the volume when you connect the headphone to the jack. Loud
sounds may have a significant impact on the human body.
 Conversational speech on some BD/DVDs is recorded at a low volume to
emphasize the impact of sound effects. If you adjust the volume assuming
that the conversations represent the maximum volume level that the BD/
DVD will play, you may be startled by louder sound effects or when you
change to a different audio source. Be sure to adjust the volume with this in
mind.
 Discs that can be used
Discs with the marks shown below can be used.
Playback may not be possible depending on recording format or disc fea-
tures, or due to scratches, dirt or deterioration.
The following discs cannot be used on this system:
 BDXL™ disc
 BD-RE with the cartridge
 HD DVD
 DVD audio
 Video CD
 SACD
 SD cards that can be used
 Memory cards are restricted to the following conditions based on SD stan-
dards.
• SD memory card (from 512 MB to 2 GB)
• SDHC memory card (from 4 GB to 32 GB)
• SDXC memory card (from 48 GB to 128 GB)
 Mini SD cards and Micro SD cards can be used, but must be used with an
adaptor card.
 MultiMedia Card (MMC) cannot be used.
