Use Lexus approved “Toyota Genuine Differential Gear Oil” or an equiva-
lent of matching quality to satisfy the above specification. Please contact
any authorized Lexus dealer or repairer, or another duly qualified and
equipped professional for further details.
*: Minimum pedal clearance when depressed with a force of 500 N (51 kgf,
112 lbf) while the engine is running.
When performing the brake pedal inspection, also be sure to check that the
brake system warning light is not illuminated when the engine is running
(If the brake system warning light is illuminated, refer to P. 824).
