Set Pre-Set Message
There are 10 pre-set , 10 Custom and 1 personal text-based messages that
you can chose to leave on the display of you 7016D/24D Digital Telephone
when you are away from your desk.
(See page xx of this user guide for a list of the pre-set messages).
Press the button and select option [5] TIME/CONF ROOM followed by
option [1] ACTIVE CONF-ROOM. (Your screen should look as per Fig.47)
Enter the relevant message number, follow any on-screen prompts and
press the OK button.
Navigation Button Alternative:
1. Select MENU option by pressing S
2. Press OK to select option 2 – ADVANCED PROGRAM.
3. Select option 2 and press OK to select PRESELECTED MSG PGM.
4. Use TSto select the correct message.
5. Press OK or under OK on screen and follow the prompts.
6. Press OK or under OK on screen to update the changes.
