• You can make voice calls and video calls
in high quality with VoLTE. To use VoLTE,
you and the other party both need to
meet the following conditions.
- The device supports VoLTE.
- It is within the VoLTE area.
- The preferred networks setting

is set
to 4G/3G/GMS and the call mode is
set to ON.
- In LTE service area provided by
DOCOMO, when "Call mode" is set to
OFF, data communication may be set
to 3G temporarily.
* From the Home screen, tap "Settings"
→ "Network & internet" → "Mobile
networks" → "Preferred network type"
• VoLTE (HD+) allows you to make voice
calls and video calls with higher quality
than that of VoLTE.
To use VoLTE, both terminals must
support VoLTE in addition to meet
requirements for use.
