Character Entry
This terminal has software keyboards
displayed in the touch screen for character
entry.
Character Entry via Software
Keyboard
If you tap a text box on the screen, the
software keyboard appears in the touch
screen. This terminal provides four types
of software keyboards: on-screen 10-key
keyboard, on-screen QWERTY keyboard, on-
screen Japanese syllabary keyboard, and
handwriting converting keyboard.
Tap
to switch the entry operation such as
character mode change.
10-Key keyboard/QWERTY keyboard/
Japanese syllabary keyboard
● 10-key keyboard
It is a keyboard similar to a general mobile
phone keyboard (for multi-tap method). Tap
a key assigned character you want to enter
several times until the target character is
entered.
