What You Can Do with
Waterproofness of L-41A
• You can talk without an umbrella in the rain
(for rainfall of 20 mm or less per hour).
• You can wash this terminal shaking gently in
fresh and room-temperature tap-water (5℃ to
35℃ ) in wash-basin.
- With holding the docomo nano UIM/
microSD card tray not to come it o and
make a space, wash this terminal with tap
water without rubbing hard.
- Do not use brush, sponge, soap, detergent,
etc. for washing.
- After washing away, wipe the surface of
this terminal with a dry cloth and then
remove remaining water. → P41
• You can use it at a poolside. However, do not
pour the pool water over this terminal or soak
it in the pool water.
Before Using
To maintain the waterproofness/
dustproofness, be sure to observe the
following points.
• Lock the docomo nano UIM/microSD card
tray rmly. Even a ne obstacle (one hair, one
grain of sand, tiny ber, etc.) which is put
between contact surfaces may allow water or
dust to enter.
• Do not poke the sub microphone, mouthpiece
(microphone), speaker, earphone/microphone
jack, or USB Type-C connection terminal with
a sharp object.
• Do not let this terminal fall. It may scratch
this terminal, causing its waterproof/
dustproof performance to degrade.
• The rubber gasket of the docomo nano
UIM/microSD card tray plays an important
role in maintaining waterproof/dustproof
performance. Do not damage or remove the
rubber seals. Also, prevent dust from adhering
to them.
