16. Online service log (only certain countries)
The QR code can be scanned using a smartphone, tablet etc. The QR code is on the front part
of the left-side frame:
In section 3, a CE mark has been inserted with this specific lift’s serial number and QR code
with direct access to the lift’s online service log. When the QR code is scanned, direct access is
given to the lift’s online service log and a new log is set up. The fields are filled in and the service
technician/installer/regulating authority signs this off electronically in the log after each visit.
