Product Capabilities and Features
SMB and SB Series actuators easily operate all types of valves: gate, globe, plug, ball, and butterfly valves, and specialized valves and
mechanisms.
The actuators meet rigid safety requirements. The housing is durable cast-iron, acceptable for use in the nuclear power industry as
well as other industries.
The actuators are available with optional integral controls and other features.
The actuators have a removable stem nut that allows transferring of the actuator from one valve to another without major
disassembly.
