Check all buttons (including the GO and STOP buttons).
Test the bed exit function.
Test the transfer function.
Test the ALT function.
Test all other functions on the LCD.

Columns, back rest, thigh rest, calf rest and bed extension actuators.
Check actuator movement to full extension/retraction.
Check the sychronisation of the columns.
Check the actuators subjectively for vibration and noise.

Check that the cables between the weighing frame and non-weighing
frame are positioned correctly.

Connect the Nurse Call to the hospital’s system and check the
function.

Visually check the unblocking mechanism, the cable sleeve and fixing
screws.
Test the mechanical unblocking from the highest position of the back
rest with and without loading.
Malfunction or deterioration of the unblocking function:
Adjust the setting screw – cable sleeve length
Lubricate the actuator piston with the appropriate product.

Check that the X-ray cassette slides in and out correctly.
Visually check the X-ray cassette and accessories.
Test the function of the end switch (partly slide out the cassette and
check that back rest can’t be raised).
