Slightly loose the two screws as shown. Manually move the chain wheel forward (toward the lathe) and
lock the screws.
3.7. Changeover / installation procedures of finger chuck component
Depends on the diameter of bar stocks, the finger component must be replaced accordingly.
• When the pusher is at home position. Open the guiding channel.
• Replace the finger chuck / rotating joint.
Move the chain wheel toward the
lathe and tighten the screws
again.
