Note：Default fluency “low”，support 14 D1 playback
Fluency “Close”， support 16 D1 playback
Fluency “High”， support only 12 D1 playback
Steps：
1. Modify“Resolution”No/QCIF/CIF；
2. Modify“kbps”；
3. Modify” Fluency” High/Middle/low
Note：【 Copy】,other channels can have same setting
4. Click【Apply】or【ok】
