1. Disassembly/reassembly
Starter motor
Disassembly/reassembly:P.46
Black wire
Reassembly: insert
securely into the 2 ribs on
the crankcase
Charging coil
Inspection:P.45
Spark plug cap
M16 hexagon flange nut
75N.m (Apply engine oil
on the thread.)
Disassembly/reassembly:
Insert a screwdriver or
another tool into the hole
of starter pulley to
prevent flywheel from
rotating.
Starter pulley
Reassembly:
Align the hole of the
starter pulley with the
boss of the cooling
fan
High tension cord
Reassembly:
Check for cracked or
damaged insulation to
prevent electric shock.
Woodruff key
Reassembly:
After installing the flywheel,
check to be sure the
woodruff key is still in its
slot.
Ignition coil
Check and readjust:P42
Install by aligning the three
lugs on the rear side of the
fan with the small hole in the
assembling, take care not to
damage the fan blades
Disassembly:
flywheel puller to remove it
never use hammer to tap it.
Reassembly:
Wipe off oil or any other dirty
substance on the crankshaft
and cone of flywheel before
