2.20. DUAL EXTRUSION
that you repair your model through MeshLab, FreeCAD or your preferred
CAD program before attempting this option.
2.20 Dual Extrusion
The LulzBot TAZ has the ability to add dual extrusion functionality with
the Dual Extruder Tool Head. We only recommend the Dual Extruder Tool
Head for advanced users. Installation and operation of the dual extruder
will require you to ash your rmware, calibrate your extruders, level two
heads to a single plane, dene extruder osets, and ne tune your slicing
prole. This can be a little overwhelming for new users. We recommended
that you have a couple of months of single extruder printing experience
before making the switch.
