pulley

cord.
Open
hood.
Pull
out
clip
then,
open
pin
retainer
.
Remove
belt
guard.

Pin
retaining
Screw
tool
in
the
threaded
hole
and
tighten
to
open
the
pulley
.
Remove
belt.
1
.
Tighten
to
open
pulley
Slip
the
belt
over
the
top
edge
of
the
sliding
half,
as
shown.
When
reinstalling
belt
guard,
position
its
cut-away
toward
front
of
snowmobile.
Refer
to
decal
in
belt
guard.
