Bulb replacement
Always check light operation after bulb replacement.
CAUTION: Never touch glass portion of an halogen bulb with bare fingers, it
shortens its operating life. If glass is touched, clean it with isopropyl alcohol
which will not leave a film on the bulb.
Some models: If headlamp bulb is burnt: Remove headlight moulding and wind-
shield, unplug the connector from the bulb, remove the protector cap and bulb
retainer clips. Install new headlamp bulb.
Some models: If the headlamp bulb is burnt: Remove windshield and headlamp
moulding, unplug connector from headlamp, remove protector cap and turn bulb
off, install new headlamp bulb.
Instruments
Bulb socket is always behind the instrument under a black rubber boot. Pull
rubber boot and pull bulb out of socket.
Headlamp beam aiming
Turn knob to adjust beam height.
1. Knob
If any headlamp bulb is burnt, remove windshield and unplug burnt bulb connec-
tor. Remove the rubber boot.

2. Rubber boot
Turn bulb locking ring counterclockwise to remove it. Detach the bulb and repla-
ce. Properly reinstall parts.
