USE INSTRUCTIONS
Before each use, carefully clean your machine and the
accessories that come in contact with food (canisters,
lids, jars, etc.) following the instructions provided in
the paragraph "CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS".
1 Positioning the machine
Position the machine in a dry place on a horizontal
surface,beingcarefulto leave the work zone around
themachineitselffreeofobstaclesandwideenoughto
allowforplacingthebagsoffoodtobepackaged.
2 Connecting the machine
InsertthePowerCablePlug(11)intheoutlet(seetech-
nicalinformation).LEDs1.2and1.4fortheNormaland
Humidkeyswillbelit.
3 Adjustments
AdjustmentsmustbemadewheneverthePowercable
(11)ispluggedintotheoutlet.
Tosetthedesiredadjustment,pressthecorresponding
key.
3.1 - Set the Pump suction Speed
Dinamikaisequippedwithapumpsuctionspeedregu-
latortomakethepackingoperationeasier.
When the machine is activated, the speed is automati-
callysettoNormal, which is the highest that can be
used in normal packing operations. However, when
packingfragilefoodsin
MAGIC VAC
®
bags, it is best to
select the Slow function which reduces the pump
speed,thusallowingcontrolovertheperformanceof
the operation by manually activating the sealing pro-
cesswiththeManual Seal button at the proper time.
3.2 - Set type of sealing
Dinamikaisequippedwithsealingtypeadjustment.In
fact,thefinalbagsealing resultcanbeinfluencedby
thetypeoffoodtobepackedorthetemperatureofthe
room.
Thus,tooptimizethefinalresultyoucanchoosefrom2
sealing modes:
Dryfordryfoodslikecookies,riceandcoffee
Humid for red meats and fish that release liquids or
blood.
4 Recommendations for bag use

bagsareavailableinvarioussizes.Check
theidealbagsizeforthefoodthatyouintendtostore.
Makesurethelengthofthebagtobeusedisatleast8
cm greater than the food to be stored and add another
2 cm for each time the bag is to be reused.
Please note: If you are using pre-cut bags, skip to point
6 of these instructions.

rolls
- Lift the Cover (4)and the bar with Bag Cutter(6),
insert the bag roll (fig. A) allowing some length to
protrude so it can be pulled out, then close the bar
withBag Cutter (6).
ATTENTION: whenever you close the bar with the Bag
Cutter (6), be careful that the bag-cutter Blade is posi-
tioned at one of the two ends of the slot. The bag-cutter
blade MUST NOT BE IN THE CENTER of the bar with the
Bag Cutter (6) (fig. B).
- Unrollthecorrectlengthfromtheroll(fig.B).Press
theBagCutterblade(6)beginningfromeitheroneof
thetwosides of the bagandrunit along the tract
accordingtoitswidth.Thiswillcutthepieceneatly
and precisely (fig. C). Nowyoucan seal one open
sideofthepiecebyfollowingthesesteps.
- LifttheCoverofthemachine(4)androtateittothe
open position.
- Setoneof the two open ends ofthe bagnear the
Sealing Gasket (9)(fig.D).
- Close the Cover(4)andpressthetwooppositeends
(fig.E),youwillhearaclick,whichmeansthatthe
cover is latched.
- PresstheManual Seal key(1.8)(figF)toperformthe
sealingprocess.WaitfortheManualSealkeytoturn
off(1.8).
- Pressthe UNLOCK Buttons(2)(fig G) tobeableto
opentheCover(4).
- LifttheCover(4)ofthemachineandremovethebag.
- Check the seal obtained which should look like a
regularhorizontalline,smoothandwithoutwrinkles
(fig.H).Intheeventofincompletesealing,repeatthe
packingcycle.
6 Vacuum packing with bags made from rolls or with
pre-cut bags.
- LifttheCover(4)androtateittotheopenposition.
- Insertthefoodinthebagandeliminateanyliquidsor
food residues from the inside of the end of the bag
that must be sealed.
- Laythebagwithitscontentsinfrontofthemachine,
placing the open end inside the Vacuum Chamber(7)
(fig.I).
- Close the Cover(4)andpressthetwooppositeends
(fig.L),youwill heara click,which meansthatthe
cover is latched.
- PresstheVacuum & Sealkey(1.5)(figM)toperform
thepackingcycle.WaituntiltheVacuum&Sealbut-
tonturnsoff(1.5).
- PresstheUNLOCK Buttons(2) (figN)to beableto
open the Cover(4).
- Check the seal obtained which should look like a
regularhorizontalline,smoothandwithoutwrinkles
(fig.H).Intheeventofincompletesealing,repeatthe
packingcycle.
7 Using the Manual Seal function (1.8)
Pressingthisbuttonimmediatelyactivatesthebagseal-
ingphase.Obviously, the typeofsealwill betheone
previouslyset(seesection3- Adjustments).
When packing fragile and delicatefoods (e.g.cookies,
rice,coffee,etc.)itisbesttosetthePumpspeedusing
the Slow key. This allows you to control the emptying
phases and prevent crushing. Then press the Manual
Sealbuttonwhenyouthinktheairhasbeensufficiently
evacuated.

canisters sealed with MAGIC VAC
®
Universal Lids.
ATTENTION: Only use MAGIC VAC
®
canisters since
they are resistant to the vacuum created by the
Dinamika, while other types of canisters could implode
due to the vacuum obtained with the machine and
cause injury.
